Junior Accountant and Administrative Assistant We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized

Junior Accountant/Administrative Assistant

to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is proficient in bookkeeping, has strong organizational skills, and can multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Update entries in QuickBooks.

Assist in generating cash flow reports.

Prepare monthly profit and loss (P&L) reports.

Assist in payroll processing and ensure accurate employee records.

Prepare financial statements and reports as needed.

Assist with budgeting and expense tracking.

Prepare event reports, tracking reports, and other ad hoc reports as needed.

Keep track of upcoming maturities.

Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.

Handle emails and other communications.

Maintain and organize company records and documents.

Assist in HR-related and Operations related tasks.

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Bookkeeping and administrative experience preferred.

Proficiency in English, QuickBooks and Excel (Excel formulas).

Familiar with Python in Excel.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Familiar with online graphic design and editing-related tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
