FAT Manager (Property Technology Company)

Adecco is currently seeking a highly capable

FAT Manager

for our client with a strong background in the

property development /real estate industry/technology (Location: Senayan, South Jakarta) . The ideal candidate has hands-on experience handling multiple project entities (including JV, JO, and SPV structures) and possesses excellent English communication skills.

This role requires a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage finance operations, accounting, tax compliance, and project entity reporting with accuracy and integrity.

Responsibilities:

Financial modeling for financial planning and analysis

Lead all tax-related activities for HQ and multiple entities (including JV/JO) to ensure 100% timely compliance (PPh, PPN, Final Taxes).

Analyze and implement tax planning strategies to maximize savings (e.g., legal and cash flow structuring, VAT refunds, property tax incentives).

Monitor and manage cash flows from all business units and projects

Manage and consolidate reporting from JV entities to comply with partner and regulatory requirements.

Monitor weekly and monthly cash flows across projects and propose improvements to working capital cycles.

Lead project budget reviews, variance analysis, and collaborate closely with project managers to control expenses

Support strategic finance initiatives and collaborate with data and business teams to enhance credit scoring models, develop risk dashboards.

Implement robust internal control systems to prevent financial leakage and ensure audit readiness.
