Specification: • Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) with the ability to confidently engage with Mandarin-speaking guests.
• Customer-focused with a genuine passion for hospitality and service excellence.
• Calm and composed under pressure, able to handle guest concerns diplomatically.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Professional appearance and well-groomed at all times.
• Culturally sensitive and adaptable to international guest profiles.
• Positive “can do” attitude with flexibility in shifts and operational needs.
• High level of integrity and discretion in handling guest information.
Skills Required: • Fluency in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written).
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Excellent guest engagement and complaint handling skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering and other departments.
• Computer literate with knowledge of PMS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of hotel SOPs, service standards and brand expectations.
Work Experience: • Minimum 1–2 years experience in Front Office or Guest Relations within a hotel environment.
• Experience handling Mandarin-speaking guests is essential.
• Pre-opening hotel experience is an advantage.
