Planning, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
Collaborate with Manager to develop and implement strategies for promotional activities.
Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven adjustments.
Develop and execute CRM campaigns (email, WhatsApp, in-app) to increase conversions.
Analyze CRM performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns.
Provide guidance and support to team members.
Qualifications
Bachelorโs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred)
2โ4 years of handsโon digital marketing experience, ideally in B2B tech, SaaS, or software development industries
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar)
Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and campaign reporting
Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of B2B lead generation and conversion optimization strategies
