Oracle Database Consultant

Junior Oracle Technical Consultant The Junior Oracle Technical Consultant will support the design, development, customization, and maintenance of Oracle applications. This role is ideal for candidates who have foundational technical skills in Oracle technologies and are looking to grow within Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Oracle Fusion, or related Oracle platforms.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing and modifying Oracle reports, interfaces, data conversions, and other technical components (RICEW).

Write and optimize basic SQL and PL/SQL scripts.

Support the development of BI Publisher reports and simple integrations.

Participate in technical troubleshooting under guidance from senior consultants.

Assist with testing activities, including unit testing and user acceptance testing support.

Support documentation, requirement analysis, and solution design discussions.

Help with system maintenance activities such as patching, data fixes, and code migration.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

1–2 years of experience as an Oracle PL/SQL Developer or a similar role.

Strong proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL (stored procedures, functions, packages, triggers, SQL tuning).

Experience developing reports and forms using Oracle tools (e.g., Oracle Forms/Reports, BI Publisher).

Understanding of database design, data modeling, and performance tuning.

Familiarity with SDLC, especially in enterprise application development.
