Head of Engineering

Lead and take full ownership of the company’s technology operations, including system development, data integration, and process automation. Design, build, and implement systems that eliminate inefficiencies and accelerate cross-functional performance. Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Production teams to develop tools and platforms that directly impact business performance. Contribute hands‑on in system development and coding to ensure quality, speed, and reliability. Build, lead, and manage a lean, high‑performing technology team — from recruitment and capability development to performance management. Drive end‑to‑end digital transformation initiatives without reliance on external consultants or vendors. Maintain extreme attention to detail and system precision to prevent costly operational errors. Foster a performance‑driven culture focused on accountability, execution speed, and tangible results. Qualifications

Minimum

10 years of experience

in technology, systems, or software development, with at least

5 years in a technical leadership or managerial role. Proven track record in building or developing systems that significantly improve operational efficiency. Strong hands‑on coding skills across multiple programming languages, with the ability to deliver fast, clean, and reliable code. Experience in

manufacturing, logistics, or construction industries

is highly preferred. Exceptional problem‑solving skills, especially under pressure and tight deadlines. Strong leadership qualities:
