Develop and execute PR strategies aligned with the company's goals and values.
Build and maintain relationships with media contacts, influencers, and key stakeholders.
Prepare monthly PR performance reports.
Coordinate press events, site visits, interviews, and media fam trips.
Support crisis communication efforts and ensure timely, appropriate responses.
Manage and monitor the company's social media presence across platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and communication strategy.
Track and analyze social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, followers, etc.) and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of work experience.
Competencies:
Strong skills in writing, content creation, and digital storytelling Familiarity with social media platforms, scheduling tools, and analytics.
Creative thinker with a keen eye for visual content (photography/video skills are an advantage).
Bilingual in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across hotel departments.
Strong media relations and a good network of journalist/influencer contacts.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
