Digital Marketing Manager

What will you do?
Deliver inbound revenue target, particularly from organic channel and enterprise segments, by prioritizing end-to-end performance marketing across organic channels, complemented by paid channels (Google Ads, Meta, SEO, and other digital platforms).
Analyze B2B transportation market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to refine marketing strategies and identify new growth opportunities .
Translate market insights into relevant B2B transportation content and nurturing programs across email, website, and articles to attract and convert high-fit enterprise customers.
Owning key metrics including high-quality leads, registrations, conversion rates, CAC, and ROI in line with company growth objectives.
Optimize the monthly marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation, strong ROI, and scalable performance across both paid and organic initiatives.
Oversee performance marketing execution, including paid acquisition, organic growth, audience targeting, retargeting, funnel optimization, and SEO, to improve acquisition efficiency and lead quality.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business priorities and customer needs.
Present marketing strategies, performance insights, and budget utilization to internal stakeholders and leadership, while leading, mentoring, and developing the marketing team.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus. Min 5 years of experience
in performance and digital marketing within
B2B SaaS, logistics and transportation sectors, or technology startups , including proven experience leading a team.
Strong expertise in
end-to-end marketing strategy , covering performance marketing, demand generation, lifecycle marketing, and brand execution.
Proven track record of
executing successful marketing campaigns
with clear business impact.
Hands-on mastery of
organic and paid digital channels , including Google Ads, Meta, SEO/SEM, email, push notifications, WhatsApp, and social media. Familiarity with CRM tool is a plus
Highly
data-driven , with proven ability to manage and optimize key metrics such as
CAC, LTV, ROI, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution .
Demonstrated experience managing
significant marketing budgets
and executing campaigns that drive measurable growth.
Excellent
strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills , with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and influence stakeholders.
