Job Description
Responsibilities:
Sales Capabilities' Program
– A project aimed at driving fundamental performance within the sales team to ensure sustainable business growth, particularly in the General Trade (GT) channel.
Fundamental Monitoring Driven
– Data-driven monitoring and optimization of sales coverage, encompassing FJP, AA, CCR, CER, and TDP metrics.
Coaching Program
– In-field sales force development led by Area Business Managers (ABMs) across their respective territories.
Sales Tools and Enablers
– Development of sales tools and enablers to support the effective execution of business operations in the field.
Requirements:
Education
Final-year student from Statistics, Accounting, or related major
Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data clearly.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other productivity tools.
Basic understanding of sales processes, particularly in General Trade (GT) operations.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work with attention to detail under tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in data analysis, reporting, or project coordination (academic or internship).
Familiarity with sales KPIs such as FJP, AA, CCR, CER, and TDP.
Knowledge of training or coaching program coordination.
Personal Attributes
Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
Eager to learn and adaptable to a fast-paced working environment.
Strong problem-solving mindset with a “can-do” attitude.
Willing to be placed at
Head Office (BSD, Tangerang Selatan).
