This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Liaison Executive, based in Kajang, Malaysia. The Project Liaison Executive will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating communication between stakeholders, managing project operations, ensuring timely project delivery, and monitoring project budgets and schedules. The role also involves preparing project documentation, managing training initiatives, addressing issues or challenges, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Qualifications

Strong Project Management and Program Management skills for overseeing projects and maintaining timelines effectively Exceptional Communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders Proficient in Analytical Skills to assess project performance and solve problems Experience in managing and delivering Training programs Proven ability to adapt to changing project priorities and deliver results Experience in infrastructure or construction-related projects is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
