Job Description Lead medium-complexity projects or multiple workstreams within a larger initiative Develop structured project plans, timelines, and ensure execution aligns with objectives Translate data analysis into actionable insights and practical recommendations Manage day-to-day stakeholder discussions and alignment sessions Ensure quality and coherence of deliverables across assigned scope Identify and mitigate project risks within workstream scope Supervise and review work of Junior Associates where it applicable

Requirements 3–5 years of experience in HR consulting, transformation, or project management roles Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management capability Experience leading workstreams or small teams Excellent presentation and communication skills Ability to manage moderate ambiguity and cross-functional coordination
