Main Responsibilities
Quote travel plans to customers and follow up.
Compute ticket costs and issue and reissue tickets.
Maintain productivity benchmarks and accuracy as per team’s minimum standards.
Follow instructions and pre‑established guidelines to perform assigned tasks.
Ensure all work is processed according to the team’s minimum standard.
Report any issues or system limitations to the direct supervisor.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian (both written & spoken).
Preferably at least 1 year of experience using GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.).
Preferably a degree (SMK/D3/D4/S1) in Tourism Management.
Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
Minimum 1 year experience in travel/airline ticketing staff.
Willing to work under shifting schedules (weekends, public holidays, overnight).
Willing to be based in Central Jakarta or BSD, South Tangerang.
