Marketing Administrator

Minimum Diploma and Technical Requirements Minimum Diploma (D3) in any major, preferably Business Administration or IT.

Experience At least one year of relevant work experience, preferably in a related field.

Technical Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external teams

Ability to work independently and collaboratively, coordinating with multiple departments

Analytical mindset with high attention to detail, capable of data analysis

Efficient at planning and managing multiple tasks simultaneously

(SOW) Primary Responsibilities – Marketing Admin (Marketing Performance) To monitor and analyze Sales & Marketing performance in order to meet established targets and deliver optimal results for the company.

Marketing Admin Functions

1. Data Monitoring & Analysis

Collect, monitor, and analyze marketing performance data from various sources and platforms.

Evaluate the success in meeting company targets and identify contributing factors to performance.

2. Performance Reporting

Prepare periodic reports on KPIs, LOP, and other key metrics for management and the Sales & Marketing team.

Job Duties – Marketing Admin (Marketing Performance)

Gather and analyze data, including market prospects, from both digital and offline platforms.

Monitor and ensure targets are met in real time and periodically.

Analyze individual performance of Account Managers and the Sales & Marketing team.

Prepare sales performance reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.

Coordinate and collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams and other internal departments to produce required performance analyses and reports.
