Deputy Fleet Manager

Ensure vessel compliance with company, SMS, international and local regulations. Vessel performance monitoring and technical guidance to vessel including monitoring and verification of PMS. Prepare operating expenses, budgets and organize supplies to vessel and ensure expenses are within approved budget as far as practicable. Arrange for surveys and repairs for vessels under his charge. Communicate with vessel for daily operations and handling and escalat Monitor reports sent by vessel and submit reports submitted to owner as per owner requirement after verification. Carry out vessel inspection and also follow up for closing of audit reports. Job Requirements

Degree in Naval Architecture / Engineering / Chief Engineering license Minimum 2 years experience as a Senior Vessel Manager Experience on Bulk Carriers (Supramax & Handy size) is desirable You should be professionally sound, highly motivated and a good team player We regret that only shortlisted candidate will be contacted.
