Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets across assigned HORECA accounts (hotels, restaurants, cafés, bars, lounges)
Identify, acquire, and develop new HORECA accounts within the assigned area
Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, managers, and purchasing decision-makers
Execute effective sell-in and sell-out strategies tailored to HORECA consumption patterns
Negotiate pricing, volume, promotional support, and order take-up with accounts
Ensure product availability, menu placement, and visibility where applicable
Monitor sales performance, order repetition, and account productivity
Coordinate with internal teams (Trade Marketing, Operations) to support activations and promotions
Conduct regular field visits and provide market insights and competitor intelligence
Prepare regular sales reports and pipeline updates for management
Requirements
Minimum 3–6 years of sales experience, preferably in HORECA, FMCG, beverage, tobacco, or nicotine-related industries
Strong network and database of HORECA accounts in the assigned area
Proven experience in pricing negotiation and volume/order take-up
Strong understanding of HORECA sales dynamics and customer needs
Preferably from cigarette industry or large FMCG companies
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Highly field-oriented and comfortable working with targets
