Assistant Human Resources Manager .
Responsibilities
Nurturing and supporting employees and ensuring positive workplace environment.
Creating effective hiring and recruitment process
Design comprehensive onboarding programs and facilitate training and development initiatives to ensure that the new hires feel welcome and supported.
Ensure the organization complies with employment laws, internal policies and industry standards
Requirements
Indonesian Citizen with High School diploma; 3 years experience in the Human Resources, Management Operations or related professional area
Strong understanding HR laws and regulations in Indonesia
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
Committed, enthusiastic, proactive, systematic responsible and organized work
Experienced minimum 2 years in the same position
