Responsibilities
Lead and manage After Sales operations including Service, Spare Parts, Warranty, and Customer Handling.
Ensure achievement of after sales targets.
Develop and implement after sales strategies, SOP, and continuous improvement programs.
Analyze after sales performance reports and initiate corrective actions when needed.
Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure effective resolution.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years experience in After Sales automotive industry, with at least 2 years in managerial role.
Strong knowledge of workshop operations, service process, spare parts management, and warranty.
Proven leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills.
Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI monitoring and reporting.
Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills.
Familiar with automotive dealer systems and principal standards.
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
