SHANGRI-LA RESIDENCES, JAKARTA Main Responsibility The Sous Chef is familiar with all major quality factors of food products and raw ingredients. He/She has a proven record in all sections of the kitchen operation. He/She has experience in producing required food products and assures that all items are identical with recipes and specifications. He/She has leadership qualities, organizational talents, administrates and is fully responsible for the operation of the assigned kitchen Requirements Due to work pass restrictions, only Citizens of Indonesia (WNI) shall be considered Fluent in English (oral and written) Diploma Holder or Higher in Food and Beverage production Minimum 05 (five) years of solid/full time work experience in a similar capacity in an international luxury property brand Extensive all day dining experience Demonstrate strong leadership, good interpersonal skill and communication skill Good personality to interact with both guests and colleagues Self starter by demonstrating creativity, flexibility and innovation Excellent knowledge of food safety procedures Good computer skills and administration
