is looking for a talented and visionary

Executive Chef

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all kitchen operations across one or more outlets.

Develop and design creative Western-style menus that align with the restaurant’s concept and quality standards.

Manage food preparation, presentation, and consistency to ensure excellence in every dish.

Supervise, train, and mentor kitchen staff to maintain strong teamwork and culinary standards.

Control food costs, inventory, and kitchen budgets efficiently.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Collaborate with management to plan seasonal menus, special events, and new product development.

Continuously monitor kitchen performance and implement improvements where needed.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an

Executive Chef

or

Head Chef , preferably in

Western cuisine or fine dining restaurants .

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about culinary innovation.

Excellent knowledge of food safety, kitchen management, and cost control.

Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high quality and consistency.

Culinary degree or equivalent professional training is preferred.
