Personal Skills Professional background as an Executive Chef in a 4 star hotel or international restaurant Expertise in Italian cuisine with the ability to design authentic, innovative Strong knowledge of Western and Mediterranean culinary techniques Proven skills in menu engineering, cost control, and food presentation aligned with hotel standards Creative in developing monthly promotions, signature dishes, and special event menus Result-oriented, detail-oriented, and able to perform under pressure while maintaining high quality standards

Work Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in the same role, preferably in an international hotel or fine-dining environment
