Line Producer

Responsibilities Plan, manage, and oversee end-to-end production processes from pre-production to post-production. Develop production timelines and manage budgets to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on schedule. Lead and coordinate production crews, ensuring smooth collaboration across teams. Oversee talent sourcing, coordination, and management throughout production cycles. Collaborate in script development and ensure content aligns with brand messaging and marketing objectives. Monitor and maintain content quality standards, including moderation and compliance with company and regulatory requirements. Ensure all production activities run effectively while meeting quality and quantity targets. Provide strategic and operational support to the Producer in optimizing production workflow and output.

Requirements Maximum 35 years old. Minimum 2 years of experience in production, content, or related field. Willing to work from office (WFO). Proven experience in managing production budgets and timelines. Experienced in leading and coordinating production crews. Experience in talent acquisition and talent coordination. Strong understanding of end-to-end production process (pre-production to post-production). Experience in script development and content quality control/moderation. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively. Creative, enthusiastic, intuitive, critical thinker, and deadline-oriented. Familiar with content/project management tools (e.g., Notion) is a plus. Experience in fintech or marketing content production projects is a plus.
