Job Description
The Junior Cloud Engineer supports the design, implementation, and operation of cloud solutions under the guidance of senior team members. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn cloud technologies, follow best practices, and grow in a consulting and customer-facing environment.
Key responsibilities
Support the implementation and operation of cloud and hybrid environments
Assist in configuring cloud security, networking, and operational components
Contribute to infrastructure automation using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
Support containerized workloads and CI/CD pipelines
Monitor cloud environments and assist in troubleshooting incidents
Communicate technical updates clearly to team members and stakeholders
Continuously learn and apply cloud best practices
Qualifications
Qualifications
Basic experience or strong knowledge of cloud platforms and hybrid environments
Fundamental understanding of cloud security and networking concepts
Familiarity with DevOps tools and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
Basic knowledge of containers and Kubernetes
Understanding of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server)
Basic scripting skills (Bash / Shell)
