Responsibilities

Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue objectives by proactively identifying and developing target accounts.

Identify, qualify, and prioritize enterprise-level prospects by analyzing industry trends, business needs, and decision‑maker structures, while building and maintaining a healthy pipeline that supports sustained revenue growth.

Develop and execute strategic account plans to acquire new enterprise clients, including defining sales strategies, assessing revenue potential, outlining key activities, and coordinating cross‑functional support to maximize opportunities for PT AII’s products and solutions.

Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships at all levels, and act as the liaison between sales support and our customers in order to provide superior service and solutions.

Develop effective research and analysis methods to identify high‑potential prospects, understand their business needs, and engage the right decision‑makers through targeted outreach to open new business opportunities.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of PT AII’s products and act as a business consultant by proposing the right solutions for each client.

Effectively translate customer needs to internal teams to ensure timely and accurate solution delivery.

Maintain a comprehensive and up‑to‑date understanding of market developments and competitor activities, including pricing, products, and solutions to effectively position and differentiate PT AII’s offerings.

Ensure full ownership of CRM hygiene, data accuracy, and timely updates to support effective pipeline visibility and decision‑making.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

Preferred 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or enterprise account management, preferably in the technology or digital solutions industry.

Strong ability to acquire and grow enterprise clients through structured prospecting, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage senior‑level decision makers.

Demonstrated capability in CRM usage, forecasting, and maintaining high standards of CRM hygiene to ensure accurate pipeline visibility.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to understand client requirements and translate them into actionable solutions for internal teams.

Solid understanding of PT AII’s product offerings (or ability to learn quickly) and the ability to act as a business consultant when recommending suitable solutions.

Ability to work cross‑functionally with Product, Operations, Legal, Marketing, and other internal teams to support end‑to‑end solution delivery.

Highly self‑driven, target‑oriented, and able to operate with minimal supervision in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred: Strong network and established relationships within the Financial Services sector (banks, fintechs, insurance, peer‑to‑peer lending), as well as with Government and State‑Owned Enterprises (SOEs).
