to help and support our Food and Beverage team. The Waiter & waitress maintains a cooperative relationship with the kitchen and bar team members with a close professional relationship to the Food and Beverage Manager and Head Chef. Requirements Advanced knowledge of food and beverage profession principles and practices Good knowledge of inventory and purchasing Strong communication skills in Bahasa and a good knowledge of English would be an advantage Well organized with great time management skills and the ability to meet and exceed deadlines set by the F&B Manager A strong work ethic and a strong team player
