Brand Manager

Glad2Glow is looking for Brand Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute KOL marketing strategies that align with Glad2Glow’s vision and goals.

Identify and capitalize on emerging trends in KOL marketing to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, KOLs, and content creators who align with Glad2Glow's brand identity.

Lead, mentor, and manage Brand Marketing team, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives.

Make sure that branding is consistent across advertising and campaigns.

Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, including impressions, engagement, and ROI.

Collaborate with Product Development to align KOL campaigns with product launches and promotions.

Oversee and be actively involved in launching campaigns or any marketing initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

At least 5 years of experience in brand marketing, influencer marketing, or related roles, with a focus on KOL (Key Opinion Leader) management.

Strong knowledge of platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and affiliate marketing.

Previous experience in promoting beauty products on social media platforms is a plus.

Experience in the beauty or consumer goods sector is highly preferred.

Fluent in English is a must.

Willing to work full-time from the office at Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta.
