Qualifications Minimum 2 years in similar position Possesses good leadership skills, displays natural authority with his team Appreciates contact with the guests Demonstrates good time management and organizational skills Comfortable with basic administrative duties such as scheduling & ordering Is comfortable in a variety of disciplines :

whole cakes, wedding cakes, plated desserts, coffee breaks, bakery, buffets, etc Is aware of the local trends and market International experience is a plus Is able to maintain and update the recipes following established standard Demonstrate good communication skill to work as a team with others department Fluent English is required.
