• Provide legal Advice to improve current BINUS’s Legal condition in the field of Business & Activity Legal.

• Conduct legal drafting to accommodate Business & Activity Legal.

• Giving Legal opinion by reviewing agreements draft and or any other legal documents issued/drafted by counterpart.

• Participate in Legal Audit regarding Business & Activity Legal in BINUS Organization.

• As a member of Business & Activity’s Legal Audit Team, shall giving active contribution during the Legal Audit process such as:

1. Conduct Legal Audit Activities as scenario and time line.

2. Produce High Quality Legal Audit Report.

• Conduct the socialization activity regarding legal information and/or regulation that related with Business & Activity Legal.

• Contributing in the internal sharing session activity in Corporate Legal.

**Management Support Activities:**• Provide Report to Direct Supervisor.

• Suggest improvement for operational process regarding Business & Activity Legal.

• Perform activities related to quality management system.

• Perform additional tasks as required by Direct Supervisor.**General Requirement**: • Bachelor degree (S1), major in Law
