Tax Manager

Job Description: Lead and manage the company’s overall tax function to ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations and minimize tax risks and penalties. Develop and implement effective tax strategies to support business operations and optimize tax efficiency. Review and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of tax calculations, withholding, payments, and tax reporting. Monitor and evaluate tax processes, policies, and SOP implementation to ensure strong internal control and regulatory compliance. Stay updated on tax regulation changes and ensure proper implementation within the company. Coordinate with internal departments, external auditors, tax consultants, and tax authorities regarding tax audits, reviews, and other tax-related matters. Review tax reports and provide insights and recommendations to management regarding tax risks and opportunities.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field from a reputable university. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Tax Manager or in a similar senior tax role, preferably in a related industry. Certified in Brevet A, B, and C. Possess USKP certification and capable of representing the company in the Tax Court. Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, including PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 25, PPh Article 4(2), and VAT. Up-to-date with the latest tax laws and regulatory changes. Proven experience representing the company during tax audits and dealing with the Tax Office (KPP). Proficient in Microsoft Office and tax-related systems such as e-SPT, e-Faktur, DJP Online (e-Filing, e-Billing, e-Bupot, Unification), Web e-Faktur, and accounting systems such as Accurate, Jurnal.id, or Microsoft GP. Strong understanding of the Indonesian tax system and compliance requirements. Willing to be based at ASG Tower – North Jakarta.
