Qualification Minimum 3 years of experience in the same role, preferably in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment Proven track record in achieving sales targets and generating new F&B business leads Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations, banqueting, and catering sales Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with strong negotiation and client servicing abilities Ability to identify and build relationships with corporate, social, and event clients to drive F&B revenue Professional appearance and confident, outgoing personality Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English Proficient in computer applications including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint Able to work in a team and open for any challenges.
