Summary of The Job
The Offline Partnerships Associate Manager role (Special Project - New Businesses) is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities in the offline market, building and maintaining a robust pipeline, and leading the end-to-end sales process to drive revenue growth. By collaborating with internal teams and building strong relationships with key decision-makers, this role ensures successful client onboarding and satisfaction, contributing to the company's market expansion and business growth.
Responsibilities
Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities for offline market: This involves researching the market, attending industry events, and networking to find potential customers who would benefit from the company's products or services.
Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of potential partners & clients through research, prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
Conducting market research to understand partner & client needs, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Leading the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, qualification, solution presentation, negotiation, and closing deals.
Collaborating with internal teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure successful client onboarding and satisfaction.
Building and nurturing strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within target organizations.
Preparing and delivering compelling presentations and proposals to showcase our products, value proposition, and benefits to prospective clients.
Monitoring industry developments, staying updated on market trends, and providing insights to the team for business growth opportunities.
Requirements
Demonstrated ability to identify and cultivate partnerships, negotiate agreements, and drive revenue growth.
Prior experience in business development roles within the retail industries or related industries, including understanding customer needs, product features, and effective sales techniques.
Proven track record in retail sales, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
Experience managing partner relationships, resolving issues, and driving customer retention and advocacy.
Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred Ready for business trip, willing to cover areas beyond Jakarta city as needed.
