Position Summary
This role supports end-to-end People Operations across the employee lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a positive employee experience. The successful candidate brings a structured, detail-oriented approach, collaborates effectively with stakeholders, and demonstrates openness to process improvement, digital tools, and emerging Automation and AI-enabled ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day People Operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation tracking, employee changes, and offboarding
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within People systems and digital platforms
Prepare and issue documentation (e.g. contracts, letters, checklists) in line with approved templates, internal policies, and compliance requirements
Support statutory administration, including BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan registrations, updates, and deactivations
Assist with employee benefits administration (e.g. insurance), coordinating with external vendors as required
Respond to employee queries in a timely, professional, and service-oriented manner
Support payroll preparation by ensuring data accuracy and timely processing of employee changes (e.g. transfers, promotions, extensions)
Assist in government reporting, audits, and preparation of documentation
Contribute to employee engagement and wellness initiatives
Support continuous improvement of people's processes, documentation, and data quality, including opportunities to leverage automation and digital solutions
Provide ad hoc support to People Team projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accountability and data accuracy
Structured and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Service-oriented mindset with clear and good communication skills
Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
Continuous improvement mindset, with an interest in simplifying processes and enhancing efficiency
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline
2–3 years of experience in HR administration or HR operations
Proficient in English, both written and verbal
Comfortable working with People's systems and digital tools; proficient in Microsoft Office
Basic knowledge of Indonesian labour regulations
Basic knowledge of PPh 21 is an advantage
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
