Nursing Manager

Responsibilities Hire, evaluate, and schedule nursing staff. Provide ongoing training and support, and supervise staff performance.

Manage the department's budget, oversee daily operations, and handle paperwork and administrative duties.

Ensure the delivery of high-quality and safe patient care by implementing and upholding policies and procedures. This includes assessing, planning, and evaluating patient care.

Act as a link between the nursing staff and upper management, as well as between the unit and other healthcare teams. They also communicate with patients and their families.

Ensure the unit meets all health and safety regulations, quality assurance standards, and facility policies.

Requirements

Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Valid STR (Student Registration Certificate) and competency test certificate

BTCLS (Nursing Professional Certification) certificate

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Nursing Manager

Strong leadership skills and effective communication skills

Good understanding of Microsoft Office
