Procurement Manager - Tangerang

Responsibilities

Evaluate overall procurement spending and continuously improve product quality and delivery performance.

Conduct cost analysis and establish benchmarks for continuous improvement.

Develop risk management procedures to minimize losses caused by product shortages.

Lead and supervise the procurement team, including task delegation as needed.

Collaborate with the Legal Department to ensure all contracts and agreements are compliant and beneficial for the company.

Job Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from any major.

At least 5 years of experience as a Procurement Manager.

5–10 years of experience in the procurement field.

Proven experience in import procurement is required.

Strong knowledge of import processes, documentation, and regulations.

Solid understanding of cost-effective purchasing strategies.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and proactively identify new vendors.

Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

Mandarin proficiency will be an advantage.

Willing to be placed at Factory Tangerang.
