Senior Manager HR

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources/ Psychology/ Law/ Business Management/ or related field

Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards and their implementation in HR functions (advantage)

Minimum 8–10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in managerial level

Experience in shipyard, manufacturing, construction, offshore, or heavy industry

Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law and Industrial Relations

Experienced in recruitment (blue & white collar), payroll, C&B, KPI, and performance management

Capable of handling union matters and employee dispute cases

Familiar with BPJS regulations, PKWT/PKWTT, and Company Regulations

Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

Able to work in a fast-paced and operational yard environment

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English

Mandarin proficiency is an advantage

Jobdesk:

Lead and manage the HR & IR team to ensure effective daily operations and strategic alignment

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives

Oversee recruitment strategy, manpower planning, and workforce budgeting

Ensure compliance with Indonesian Labor Law, company regulations, and government requirements

Oversee industrial relations matters including union communication, dispute resolution, and employee grievance handling

Represent the company in bipartite/tripartite meetings if required

Oversee payroll, compensation & benefits, and attendance management to ensure accuracy and compliance

Oversee performance management system, KPI implementation, and annual appraisal process

Ensure proper issuance and control of employee-related documentation (contracts, warning letters, certificates, etc.)

Ensure HR documentation readiness for internal and external audits

Oversee employee welfare programs including medical check-up and insurance/BPJS compliance

Supervise general affairs operations, facility management, and employee engagement programs

Provide HR reports, analytics, and workforce planning updates to Management
