Corporate Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities :

Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support business growth. Prepare and review financial models and scenario analysis Manage capital structure, cash flow, and working capital to ensure liquidity and efficiency. Partner with management and business units to provide strategic financial insights. Monitor financial performance, variances, and KPIs, and recommend corrective actions. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate policies. Drive process improvements, automation, and use of ERP/BI tools for better reporting. Lead, coach, and develop the corporate finance team.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business (Master’s/MBA a plus). 8-10 years experience in Finance/Corporate Finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Strong skills in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. Experience in FMCG/Beauty/Retail industry preferred. Solid knowledge of corporate finance, valuation, capital budgeting, and working capital management. Proficient in ERP systems and BI tools (SAP, Power BI, Tableau, Excel). Strong leadership, communication, and business partnering skills. Ability to translate financial data into strategic insights for management. Willing to work on-site daily at Mega Kuningan.
