Business Operations Analyst (12-mth contract | Up to $9K |Pasir Panjang) About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Foster a culture of well-being and high performance to achieve impactful results.

Oversee tracking, monitoring, and reporting of key initiatives.

Manage administrative tasks to ensure smooth project execution.

Plan and assist with training programs for team development.

Create clear technical documentation and support team projects.

Coordinate internal and external community engagement efforts.

Lead employee engagement activities, including recognition and team-building.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

At least a 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in operations, strategy, or program management.

Strong understanding of business operations and process improvement methodologies.

Proficiency in data analysis, identifying trends, and making informed decisions to drive operational improvements.

Proficiency in productivity and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
