IT MES Engineer

Job Responsibilities 岗位职责： 1. Promote the digital transformation of production lines, conduct research and identify needs for digital transformation of production lines;推动产线数字化建设，产线数字化调研发掘和接收需求； 2. In the early stages, be able to organize information collected by the group, connect equipment manufacturers and various platform systems of the group, effectively transform requirements, and enable data interoperability between platforms for comprehensive analysis; 前期能根据集团信息采集工作进行梳理，衔接设备厂商和集团各平台系统，能有效进行需求转换，让平台数据相互打通，实现综合分析； 3. Have a certain understanding of communication protocols for PLCs, microcontrollers, and other equipment, and be able to complete automated data collection; have a basic understanding of OEE and chart analysis; 对PLC、单片机等设备通讯规协议有一定了解，能完成自动化数据收集工作；对OEE、图表分析等有一定基础； 4. Based on the digital upgrade plans led by departments such as quality, process, and production, carry out digital transformation, provide design solutions, follow up on the progress of group development personnel, and implement function launch; 根据品质、工艺、生产等部门业务主导数字化升级方案，进行数字化转化，并提供设计方案，跟进集团开发人员进度，落实功能上线； 5. Have a certain understanding of production line equipment, and be able to present digital performance analysis and quality control; 对产线设备具备一定了解，能呈现数字化性能分析、质量管控； 6. Possess good communication skills, be able to organize manual statistical analysis work of various business departments, design and transform routine work into online digital office work, realize paperless promotion of various departments, and truly achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement. 具备良好沟通能力，能梳理各业务人工统计分析工作，将常规性工作并设计并转化为线上数字化办公，实现各部门无纸化推动，真正做到降本增效。

Job Requirements 岗位需求： 1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related field; 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历； 2. At least 1 year of MES project experience, with experience in data acquisition and equipment integration preferred; 1年以上MES项目经验，有数据采集、设备集成对接等经验优先; 3. Ability to use English as a working language, familiarity with the Axtrem platform PACK MOM system preferred; 英语能作为工作语言，熟悉Axtrem平台PACK MOM系统优先； 4. Familiarity with the digitalization requirements of Guoxuan PACK line processes; 熟悉国轩PACK线制程数字化要求； 5. Strong ability to work under pressure and adapt to challenging, fast-paced work environments. 抗压能力强，能适应有挑战、节奏快的工作。
