Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, Education or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in Learning & Development preferably within the hospitality industry. Strong understanding of adult learning principles. Proven experience in coordinating and delivering training programs and onboarding sessions. Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills in both written and spoken English. Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple training schedules and projects simultaneously. Passionate about people development and continuous improvement. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Basic Design
