Lead and manage the restaurant’s wine program, featuring natural, biodynamic, vegan, and artisanal wines Curate wine selections and update bottle and glass offerings in line with menu and seasonality Personally handle wine service, guest recommendations, and food–wine pairings Deliver warm, professional wine service with confident storytelling and proper handling Manage wine inventory, storage, quality control, and cost efficiency Train and guide service teams on wine knowledge, pairing, and service standards Support floor operations and guest experience during peak hours Foster a culture where wine is approachable, inclusive, and a connection between people and cuisine Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sommelier or Wine Specialist in premium dining Comfortable engaging both new and experienced wine drinkers Strong passion for hospitality, culture, and guest experience Knowledge of natural, biodynamic, and vegan wines will be a plus WSET Level 2 or above, or equivalent certification, preferred Experience in wine leadership roles or recognized sommelier achievements will be an advantage Familiarity with global or fusion cuisine pairing styles is a plus Join us and be part of a team that values hospitality, teamwork, and growth!
