Requirements & Qualifications Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and statutory reporting Familiarity with Property Management Systems (knowledge of Sentech PMS is a strong advantage) Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills Analytical, result-driven, and profit-oriented mindset Demonstrates integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
