Responsibilities
Operational Coordination & Support: Provide day-to-day operational support of transaction processing (top up M2M, ES core E-ID) to ensure efficient functioning of business units.
Streamline IT request processes for efficiency and accuracy.
Manage lifecycle of IT incidents to ensure prompt resolution and minimal disruption.
Coordinate IT change requests ensuring evaluation, approval, and implementation with minimal risk.
Coordinate between departments to facilitate seamless communication and task completion.
Monitor operational metrics and escalate issues promptly to supervisors.
Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of operational activities, transactions, and performance data.
Generate regular reports on operational KPIs, workflow status, and process bottlenecks.
Assist in analyzing operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Customer & Vendor Support: Act as point of contact for internal teams, vendors, and customers regarding operational queries.
Help resolve operational issues such as order delays, shipment tracking, or service interruptions.
Support vendor onboarding, documentation, and compliance checks.
Process Compliance & Improvement: Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements, participate in continuous improvement initiatives, support implementation of new operational tools.
Inventory & Resource Management: Assist in tracking inventory levels and coordinating stock replenishment, support resource scheduling and utilization monitoring, help organize logistics and transportation activities.
Administrative & Documentation Support: Prepare and maintain operational documents, contracts, and records, prepare for audits or internal reviews, support administrative tasks such as meeting coordination and follow-ups.
Requirements
Bachelorโs degree in System Information, Technology or related field.
1+ year experience as Service Operation, IT Customer Service or related position.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Strong MS Office skills, especially MS Excel.
Problemโsolving, reporting and monitoring skills.
High experience in customer service delivery, IT incident, IT services.
