We are looking for an experienced and passionate

Store Manager

to lead our store operations in the

retail

and

arcade entertainment industry . This role is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, achieving sales targets, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily store operations including sales performance, customer service, and store presentation. Ensure all arcade equipment and facilities are well maintained and functioning properly. Lead, motivate, and develop the store team through coaching, training, and performance monitoring. Manage inventory control, stock management, and stock opname processes. Handle customer feedback and ensure a fun and enjoyable experience for visitors. Coordinate with internal teams regarding promotions, events, and store activities.

Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in the retail, lifestyle, or entertainment industry, with proven experience in a leadership role such as Assistant/Store Manager or Supervisor. Strong understanding of sales targets, retail operations, and store KPIs. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Basic English communication skills are required. Willing to be placed nationwide across Indonesia; candidates who are open to relocation will have an advantage.
