In line with our increasing business, we are looking for aSenior Consultant/ Team Leader - LNGfor our energy business in SEA countries.

Job Description We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Consultant/ Team Leader with strong LNG import terminal expertise and demonstrated leadership capability.

This role requires a technically strong professional who can independently lead LNG design while managing and coaching a multidisciplinary team of 8–10 engineers across various disciplines (Process, Mechanical, Marine, Electrical, Instrumentation, Safety, etc.).

The candidate must combine deep technical competence, structured team leadership, stakeholder management, and a proactive drive to continuously improve engineering quality and discipline capability.

Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from a recognized university Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or MBA (Required)

Experience Requirements

10–12 years of Engineering / Design experience in the LNG industry Proven experience in LNG Import Terminal projects (Onshore / FSRU preferred) Experience across Feasibility, FEEDproject phases Consulting firm experience is highly preferred Proven experience leading a multidisciplinary engineering team of 8–10 engineers Experience allocating tasks, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring technical quality control Strong capability in mentoring junior and mid-level engineers Ability to manage multiple interfaces and resolve cross-disciplinary technical challenges Strong decision-making capability at the discipline lead level

Technical Responsibilities

Lead and develop Feasibility Studies for LNG import terminals and related energy infrastructure projects Develop, review, and oversee the preparation of FEED documentation, ensuring alignment with project design basis, client requirements, and industry standards Define and establish process design philosophies, technical assumptions, and the basis of design documentation

Candidates based in Jakarta are preferred.
