Job Description
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for the Indonesia and Philippines regions, ensuring hiring targets are met efficiently. Continuously optimize recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and improve candidate experience.
Act as a strategic partner to business teams by understanding local market strategies and business challenges. Deliver HR solutions that align with local culture, regulations, and business needs to drive organizational growth and operational effectiveness.
Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, handling daily HR inquiries and operations. Proactively mitigate employee relations risks and ensure compliance with local employment laws. Foster employee engagement and a sense of belonging by organizing culturally relevant team events.
Support business leaders in implementing the full performance management cycle, including goal setting, progress tracking, evaluation, and feedback. Develop and execute localized talent development initiatives to address business needs and skill gaps within teams.
Oversee the implementation and daily operation of HR processes in the region. Conduct regular HR data analysis to provide actionable insights and recommendations for business decision-making.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of HRBP experience, solid recruitment experience. Experience in Southeast Asia, particularly Indonesia and/or Philippines, is required. Background in internet, technology, or other fast-paced industries is preferred.
Excellent command of English as a working language. Proficiency in Chinese, Indonesian, Filipino is an advantage.
Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, with strong knowledge of local labor laws, recruitment channels, and compensation practices in Indonesia and the Philippines.
Strong cross-cultural communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Customer-focused, team-oriented, and culturally sensitive.
Willingness to travel extensively or be based locally, and adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic international work environment. Resilience and ability to work under pressure are essential.
