Your Experience And Skills Include Highly motivated, ability to work under pressure, good team player, passionate & guest oriented Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position Understanding of sales and marketing are preferred

What You Will Be Doing Responsible for the overall operation and co-ordination of various food & beverage departments Keeps aware of trends in beverage service in the restaurant field through trade literature and actual visits
