Senior Coordinator, Design

The Design Coordinator will have the responsibility of overseeing the progress for design development for the assigned projects against the given schedule. He/She will also be required to participate and be involved in liaising with internal and external stakeholders such as clients and the relevant authorities. Duties & Responsibilities

Responsible for the preparations and modifications of schematic, detailed and production drawings Responsible for developing solutions to the technical & design complications following Responsible for the preparation of 2D and 3D presentations and/or design drawings Responsible for the compilation of data and performance of elementary design computations Required to participate in Client liaison, authority consultation, coordination with consultants and subcontractors, and attending design and construction meetings May be required to mentor and direct the work of less experienced staff/colleagues To handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned by the Management/Direct Supervisor Requirements

To possess a Diploma or Degree in Structural Engineering / Architecture or equivalent To have at least 8 years of related working experience Experience in Archi/Interior/A&A related project experience is preferred
