This is a full-time on-site role for a Counter Sales representative located Jember. The role involves assisting customers with their purchases, answering inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining an organized and presentable sales counter. The Counter Sales representative will also handle inventory checks, process transactions, and contribute to achieving sales targets through effective product promotion and customer relationship management. Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management Experience in providing training and product guidance Highly motivated with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems Previous retail or counter sales experience is a plus Willingness to work on-site and adapt to a dynamic work environment
