About the Role

We are expanding into Indonesia and are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to lead market entry, build partnerships, and close enterprise deals.

Responsibilities Develop and execute the

Indonesia market entry strategy , with a focus on

Jakarta

and major urban areas Identify, engage, and close B2B opportunities with: Property developers Township and residential estate operators Commercial building owners Facility management companies

Establish and manage strategic partnerships with local system integrators and security solution providers

Own and drive the

full sales cycle , including: Lead generation and prospecting Product demonstrations and solution presentations Proposal preparation and tender submissions Commercial negotiation and deal closing

Deliver client presentations and solution positioning for: Face recognition systems Smart resident mobile applications Integrated security command platforms

Collaborate closely with technical and deployment teams to ensure smooth implementation, onboarding, and client success

Maintain accurate CRM pipeline, sales forecasting, and reporting

Experience 5–8 years of sales/business development in Indonesia(Jakarta) as hunting 100% new business role

Required Skills Proven experience selling and connections CCTV / Surveillance Access control / biometrics Smart building / IoT / SaaS platforms Track record of closing deals > USD 50K

Preferred Skills Network (Highly Preferred): Existing relationships with: Property developers Facility management firms Security companies Government / municipal stakeholders Strong enterprise sales & negotiation skills Solution selling (not product-only sales) Ability to manage long sales cycles (3–9 months) Basic technical understanding of: Face recognition systems Cloud vs on-premise deployment Mobile app ecosystems Fluent Bahasa Indonesia (mandatory) Good English (for regional reporting)
