Operation Manager

About the role This is an exciting opportunity to join PT LAROCHELLE INDO LBP' as an Operation Manager for our Brand. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services to our clients. The position is based in Jakarta Selatan, Jakarta Raya.

What you'll be doing

Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's operations, including production, logistics, and customer service

Develop and implement operational strategies and policies to enhance productivity and streamline processes

Manage and lead a team of operations personnel, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback

Identify and resolve operational issues, ensuring the smooth running of the business

Analyse operational data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes

Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and finance, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment

Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and company policies

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Operations Management

8+ years

of experience in a similar operations management role, preferably in the Resto & Bar, French Resto, or Western Resto

Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a team of operations personnel

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement effective solutions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Proficient in using relevant operational management software and tools

Adaptable and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
