Operator Produksi (Full-time)

Overview Rumah Atsiri Indonesia is an aromatic wellness destination centered around a restored Indonesia-Bulgaria citronella factory from 1963. Located in Tawangmangu, the establishment offers wellness and recreational activities rooted in aroma and essential oils, including aromatic wellness programs, educational tours, workshops, essential oils research and development, personal care production, and sustainability initiatives such as waste management and village tourism development. The program integrates history, design, architecture, education, science, and environmental consciousness into its experiences.

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Operator Produksi at Rumah Atsiri Indonesia, located in Tawangmangu. The Operator Produksi is responsible for operating production machinery, executing quality control processes, and maintaining cleanliness in production areas. The role requires consistent adherence to safety standards, collaboration with team members, and assisting in ensuring an efficient production workflow.

Qualifications

Proficiency in machine operation and machining techniques

Experience in implementing and maintaining quality control standards

Strong communication skills to effectively work within a team

Knowledge of clean room environments and ability to maintain cleanliness standards

Understanding of workplace safety protocols and procedures

Ability to execute tasks with attention to detail and accuracy

Previous experience in a production or manufacturing setting is a plus
